To Malala, cc: all of us !

If one shall stand, one could fall,
but together we stand, to help us all,

some cry and sit quiet,
some are strong to burn the light,

you can run away or hide somewhere in the dark with fear inside,
but the one who fights, risks her life and shows the path where things are bright,

who so ever said ‘together we stand divided we fall’,
should have motivated to stand as an individual – first of all,

history says it all, the one who brought the good change was once opposed,
had Beethoven sat idle, there wouldn’t be a wonderful symphony composed,

why closing our eyes when things are already dark,
instead open them wide and find the spark,

your child is safe and happy living a life,
but what about those whose lives are full of strife,

get up, open your eyes and see the holes in this society that you can fill,
we need people with a strong goodwill,

no matter how rich or poor you are, what you will always have is your effort and a voice,
how to use it – is your own choice,

she did it, she proved it that death is not waiting for her, death is far from even a touch,
she too had a chance to just sit at home full of hear, since it was already too much,

if this is not bravery then your emotions have simply dried,
no one shall believe you when you tell them you once cried,

I want all of us to stand up and feel the need,
we can help build this world better and let no bad ever impede,

facing the darker side of her life she realized, this is the time to make it shine,
today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow, everything bad shall only increase with time,

we belong to each other, I am your and you are mine,
lets be her and let her be us, this is what is life and love is, the faith in heart and a mind full of trust,

don’t forget, if one shall stand, one could fall,
but together we stand, to help us all,

some cry and some sit quiet,
some are strong to burn the light,

🙂

Bravery – is not defined by gender, nationality or age. It is defined by the spirit and strength!
